☀ Our School
We embrace a holistic approach to body and mind.
Mandala Joga on Muranów is a space created for the local community — open, welcoming, and full of acceptance. Regardless of age or experience, everyone can find a place here.
We cherish the trust placed in us by busy mothers, experienced practitioners, and younger individuals. Entire families practice with us — daughters with mothers, husbands with wives, partners together.
We create a space where people want to be — together, authentically, and in harmony with themselves.

At Mandala Joga, our practice is tailored to you — no matter your age or current stage. You’ll find a place for both growth and rest here.
Individual
Approach
Each class is led with mindfulness toward the participants’ needs. Our teachers suggest variations of poses, adapting the practice to each individual’s abilities and well-being. No matter your level, you can count on support, guidance, and space to grow at your own pace.
Yoga in
the Spectrum
With sensitivity to autistic individuals, we offer classes in an atmosphere of calm, safety, and acceptance, accommodating sensory sensitivities, predictability, and personal boundaries. We create space where one can practice on their own terms — without pressure, in harmony with oneself.
Intergenerational
We build a local community where age doesn’t matter. Younger and older people practice side by side, support each other, and learn from each other — not just on the mat, but also beyond. At Mandala Joga, we value diversity as it enriches and builds bridges across generations. Every voice, every story, and every body is important and welcome — regardless of the stage in life.
Mandala is where I regain peace and feel that I can do anything. I came under Agnieszka’s guidance because her studio was closest to my home. I had no idea that I had found an oasis of calm, one I return to several times a week and always want more. I recommend it because of the charm of the studio and the warmth of Agnieszka.

I’m so happy I chose to practice yoga here. Classes are professionally led, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, and whenever I leave, I feel not only that I’ve exercised, but that I’m deeply relaxed in body and mind!

Our Classes
Balance of Strength and Flexibility
Jogalates
Jogalates is a unique fusion of two methods of working with the body — the gentleness of yoga and the stability of Pilates.
These classes support both deep core strengthening and stretching, flexibility, as well as mindful breathing.
It’s an ideal choice for those who want to take care of a healthy spine, improve posture, build strength, and at the same time find calm and relaxation.
The practice flows at a gentle pace, with an emphasis on correct movement, without rush, and with full awareness of the body.
Who is it for?
For everyone — regardless of experience level. Especially recommended for people who spend long hours sitting, are returning to activity after a break, or simply want a gentler form of movement without losing its quality.
Pause and immerse yourself in silence
Yin Joga
Yin Yoga is a calm, deeply restorative practice that invites stillness, quiet, and mindful presence in the here and now. Poses are held for several minutes, which allows the practice to affect not only the muscles, but most importantly the fascia, joints, and deeper layers of the body.
It is a space where you can slow down, connect with your breath, and simply be with yourself without the pressure to act. Yin Yoga supports the regeneration of the nervous system, improves mobility, and gently increases flexibility.
Who is it for?
For everyone — regardless of age or level of experience. Especially recommended for those who feel stressed, fatigued, or in need of inner balance.
Take care of your back

Fluidity of movement, power of breath
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga in which movement and breath merge into a harmonious whole. Poses flow seamlessly into one another, creating sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance while helping you focus and calm the mind.
This practice strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, and allows you to experience meditation in motion. Each class can look different — making it engaging, lively, and always adapted to the group’s current needs.
Who is it for?

Deep rest for body and mind
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, supportive practice that helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and enter a state of deep relaxation. Poses are performed lying down or supported with blankets, bolsters, and other props — so the body can fully let go without effort.
It is yoga without rush, without expectations, without goals — simply being here and now, in a safe space. It supports the body’s natural regeneration, improves sleep, and eases the effects of stress and fatigue.
Who is it for?
For everyone — especially for those who are overworked, stressed, or experiencing emotional or physical tension. It’s an excellent practice to support mental and physical health during demanding times in life.
Fluidity of movement, power of breath
Stretching
Stretching classes focus on gradual, safe muscle lengthening and improving flexibility throughout the whole body. The practice is based on gentle, static poses that help increase range of motion, release tension, and counteract the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.
During the classes, we practice mindful breathing, working with the body’s current abilities, and finding comfort in movement. Stretching is an excellent complement to other forms of activity — both yoga and strength or endurance sports.
Who is it for?
For everyone — regardless of fitness, flexibility, or experience. It’s the perfect choice for those who want to improve mobility, prevent injuries, and feel relief in the body.
Foundations of mindful practice
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the classical form of yoga that combines body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and elements of relaxation. The practice is conducted at a calm pace, with attention to detail and to each participant’s individual abilities. This allows you to build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace.
In class, we learn how to work consciously with the body and breath, develop concentration, and deepen self-connection. It is a practice that strengthens not only physically but also mentally — restoring stability and presence.
Who is it for?
For everyone — both beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice in a mindful way. It is an excellent foundation for developing in other yoga styles.
Discipline, breath, transformation
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a dynamic and demanding form of yoga based on a fixed sequence of postures synchronized with breath and movement (vinyasa). The practice develops strength, flexibility, endurance, and focus — both physical and mental. Its distinctive rhythm and repetition allow you, over time, to enter a deep state of meditation in motion.
Each class is led with mindful attention to technique, breath (ujjayi), core engagement (bandhas), and focused gaze (drishti). It is an intense yet profoundly transformative practice — for those who want to immerse themselves in yoga on many levels.
Who is it for?
For practitioners with prior yoga experience who are looking for a regular, rhythmic, and deepening practice. Ashtanga requires commitment and consistency, but it rewards perseverance with inner strength and stability.
